A previously unreleased song written more than 25 years ago has been shared by the remaining members of The Seekers to pay tribute to Judith Durham, featuring her vocals.

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford says mourners at the late singer’s funeral in Melbourne were the first to hear The Seekers’ beautiful final recording together, unveiled by Athol Guy at the memorial service.

“It’s already hit no.2 on the iTunes music charts and it’s unmistakably Seekers,” Ford told Gareth Parker on 6PR Breakfast about the song, originally due to be released for their 60th anniversary later this year.
