With the announcement the last bank in the Shire of Ashburton is closing, Millsy and Karl have had enough.

The self-described money experts have decided to launch their own bank, and believe they can offer a better opportunity to the public than the Big Four.

Financial expert Jason Featherby told Millsy and Karl the idea isn’t completely ridiculous on 6PR Breakfast.

“I mean look at Bendigo Bank; that would’ve started as a community bank, so it’s possible” Mr Featherby said.
