Under new UK laws, sending and receiving banks will split the cost of reimbursing scam victims.

Consumer Protection Commissioner Trish Blake spoke with Oly Peterson on 6PRs Perth Live.

“What we have seen coming out of the UK…is that it makes the banks work harder to prevent these scams from happening,” Commissioner Blake said.
