A group of lawyers are seeking to hold Qantas and other airlines accountable, forcing airline’s to prove delays and cancellations were beyond their control. 

The Australian Lawyers Association is the group pushing for the changes, but a retired Veteran  A380 Captain now author James Nixon told Oliver Peterson on 6PR Perth Live he’s not a fan of lawyers in the cockpit.    

 “Passengers come onto the plane with a ticket in their hand not a bunch of rights”, Mr Nixon said.
