A Monash University study has revealed that parents are texting while driving with their kids in the car.

Paul Gover, a Motoring Expert, told Jo McManus on 6PR Afternoons that distraction is becoming the number one cause of death on Australian roads.

“But the fact is there is no excuse for this anymore; if it’s a problem, then don’t turn the phone on,” Mr. Gover said.
