Choice is taking aim at Qantas for flight credit rules, which mean customers can only use them for flights that cost the same or more than their value.

Choice senior campaign and policy advisor Dean Price told Jo McManus the consumer advocate has asked the Australian and Competition and Consumer Commission to investigate whether the terms and conditions of the flight credits are unfair.
