They’re a familiar sight at emergency services graduations, ceremonies and community events, but the WA Police Pipe Band is preparing to sing its own praises this year as it celebrates its 50th anniversary.

Officer-in-charge Sergeant Ian Stewart dropped in to the 6PR studios to chat with Chris Ilsley about the big plans for the band and answer a few frequently asked questions about the musical officers.
