The State Government is looking for expressions of interest to reinvent the old Sunset Hospital Precinct into a cultural and creative space.
The eight hectare, heritage listed site has been mostly vacant since the hospital was decommissioned in 1995.
Culture and the Arts Minister David Templeman spoke with Simon Beaumont.
