Seniors looking to move from their family home and downsize could soon get a discount to sweeten the deal.

REIWA are calling for a $10,000 stamp duty concession to help over 65s with their move to a smaller home.
“Whilst it doesn’t cover all of the transfer duty that they would otherwise have to pay, it might just for them to think ‘you know what, it is time to go’,” Hayden Groves, President of REIWA told 6PR Breakfast.
