The Scarborough business community is taking steps to make sure visitors to the coastal area feel safe in the water. Chairman of the Scarborough Beach Association Wayne Bowen says the group had meetings wit h Smart Marine Systems about the potential roll-out of their Clever Buoy marine monitoring system to keep beachgoers safe in the water.
