Raffles in the clear over neighbour’s noise complaint
A Perth man who lives above the Raffles Hotel in Applecross has lost his final legal bid to have the hotel’s beer garden closed at night due to noise.
Derek Ammon claimed the noise from the Raffles was so disruptive, it was stopping him from really enjoying his $2.7m apartment.
