Premier Mark McGowan has condemned the WA Police Union for escalating industrial action last night by directing members to refuse to attend less-serious incidents

The Union last night instigated Phase Three of its industrial action, as part of the ongoing push for a 1.5% pay increase.

But Police Commissioner Chris Dawson stepped-in to stop the action within hours, using special powers to order police to resume full operations.
