A charity match is being held at the WACA on Friday evening and along with a line up filled with Perth athletes and media personalities, is WA’s Premier Mark McGowan.

Boundaries 4 Bushfires has been organised by former Perth Wildcat Greg Hire and he’s managed to convince the Premier to open the batting.

“I never have been much of a cricketer,” Premier McGowan admitted on 6PR Breakfast.
“I’ve played lots of sports, but cricket was never one.”
