Aussies are putting their health at risk by not using a meat thermometer, but is that overkill?

70% of Australians don’t know the safe cooking temperatures for high risk foods and 75% don’t have a meat thermometer to measure it anyway according Lydia Buchtman from the Food Safety Information Council.

So Steve and Baz put the question out; do you use a meat thermometer or are you more old fashioned when it comes to cooking your meat?
