“I’m a lot more prepared this time and we know what we are going into”

STEVE MILLS AND BASIL ZEMPILAS

Birthday boy Josh Kennedy joined us on 6PR Breakfast just ahead of the West Coast Eagles flying out to Queensland today.

Josh told us that while it is hard leaving his family he feels that he is a lot more prepared this time and is hopeful that they may be able to come back and play the last game here and also finals.

Speaking after their 8th straight win on Sunday, Josh says “at the end of the day it was good to win but you move on pretty quick because we have a game this Thursday.”

Josh also spoke about the three Covid swab tests he has to endure each week and gives the tip that “it helps to blow air out of your nose.”

Celebrating his 33rd birthday today Josh told us that he received a Bird Calendar and some Pringles.
