Worldwide there have been 24 reported deaths and more than 300 injuries from Takata airbags and there are still 1.8 million affected vehicles on our roads.

Consumer Protection’s Dave Hillyard spoke with Chris about the biggest recall in Australian history as well as how a dispute resolution saw $3.85 million returned to consumers and the consequences for salesmen who ignore “do not knock” signs.
