France will soon be voting on what the kilogram actually means, maths expert Adam Spencer explained the debate to Steve and Baz on 6PR Breakfast.

“Once trade became global and people started interacting with each other we needed to agree on what a metre was, what a second was, what a kilogram was,” Spencer explained. “They tried to unify all these things.”
