Matt Leahy from Ultimo Catering showed Chris how to create the perfect finger food including an avocado creme, tomato salsa, prawn summer grigio and beetroot cup canape, a charcoal cone filled with goats cheese and manuka honey flakes and honey biscotti, layered with pressed pickle granny smith and formed chicken and pistachio.
