Senator Eric Abetz has labelled a push to change the words of the national anthem from “we are young and free” to “in peace and harmony” as an attempt to enter the offence industry.

Victorian Supreme Court judge Peter Vickery has has been leading a push for Indigenous Australians to be recognised in the national anthem and has written the altered version.
