The City of Bayswater wants to heritage list its entire town centre, in a bid to retain some influence over future development.

Earlier this week councillors voted for two heritage protection areas in the centres of Bayswater and Maylands.

The decision has some local businesses concerned but Bayswater Mayor Dan Bull told Gareth Parker on Mornings their feedback from community was in favour for the listings.
