The mother of a Perth woman left with devastating injuries after a crash caused by a drink-driver has written a scathing letter to disgraced MP Troy Buswell airing her disdain for his actions.

Margaret Massarotto said she was incensed by reports that the former treasurer and transport minister had not voluntarily offered to pay for damage caused during his disastrous drive home from a wedding on February 23, in which he smashed into a pole, four parked cars and damaged his government vehicle in Subiaco.
