The Road Safety Commission and St John WA have collaborated on a new post-crash response initiative called Anyone Can Save a Life. This campaign highlights how everyone can save a life by learning a few basic first aid techniques.

St John WA, Ambulance Paramedic Matt Didcoe told Julie-anne Sprague on 6PR Afternoons, “The road fatality statistics reflect only one of the people impacted in a crash, that ripple effect for the first responders and their families, and that’s why learning first aid is so important so that members of the public can be prepared.”

“That’s why we’ve launched our new road safety campaign in conjunction with the Road Safety Commission this morning to make sure that anyone can save a life,” Mr Didcoe said.
