Mundaring shire raises concerns over federal approval

A fraught proposed development in North Stoneville has resurfaced after Federal Environment Minister Tanya Plibersek essentially stated that the development can proceed from a federal environmental point of view.

Paige McNeil, President of the Shire of Mundaring, expressed to 6PR’s Gary Adshead why the Shire is deeply concerned about the decision.

“They don’t take into account the current condition of our forest,” she said.
