Fremantle coach Ross Lyon says his team know they are fit and hungry enough but are just waiting to find out if they are good enough. 

Lyon coached Fremantle to a Grand Final defeat in 2013 at the hands of Hawthorn, but suffered straight sets elimination last season. 

One of only three undefeated teams in the competition, the Dockers have beaten Port Adelaide, Geelong and West Coast to start the season, and face another in last year’s grand finalists Sydney on Saturday night.
