Hawks Head To Grand Final: Freo Out

Fremantle has missed out on the Grand Final after the reigning Premiers ran out 27-point winners at Domain Stadium on Friday night.
Hawthorn are now through to their fourth consecutive AFL Grand Final after Cyril Rioli stepped up in the fourth quarter to kick two goals and secure the win for his Hawks, 15.4 (94) to 10.7 (67).
The Fremantle Dockers stormed into the game with two quick, crowd-pleasing goals, but Hawks’ free kicks lead to goals to get Hawthorn on the board as they edged in front of the home side.
Nat Fyfe limped through an injury early in the game, but still managed 24 disposals and six tackles.
