Eastern States music fans have apparently not been able to handle the news that WA will be the sole Australian state visited on Coldplay’s Asia tour.

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford told Millsy and Karl on 6PR Breakfast people over east were “stunned” by the news, which will likely see a flood of Easterners into the state.

“It is an incredible coup for you to have pulled off,” Mr Ford said.

Hotel and flight prices reportedly haven’t gone up yet at the time of this article, but Mr Ford warns they might skyrocket once the news spreads.
