High-class restaurants, bars and beachfront swimming pools are all part of ideas presented to the Cottesloe Council last night, but the deputy mayor isn’t sold.

WA billionaire Twiggy Forrest has acquired the lease hold of the Indiana Teahouse and already put some ideas forward.

“I think they are some very brave concepts there, some very interesting concepts and I think we’re at a very early stage,” Cr Mark Rodda told 6PR Breakfast.
