There have been calls to introduce further rental controls as four in five renters experience rental stress according to ‘Everbody’s Home’.

Everybody’s Home spokesperson Maiy Azize spoke with Oliver Peterson on 6PR’s Perth Live.

“We’ve been seeing that it’s been getting worse for years and worse, in the last three years alone rents have gone up by 37 per cent and they’re forecast to go up by another 10 per cent in the next year,” Ms Azize said.
