Bad brands named and shamed with Shonky awards

Consumer advocacy group, Choice, has named and shamed the companies and brands that have failed in what they promise their customers.
The Shonky awards have been handed out to a bed supplier, funeral company and a well-known household retail store, along with other “dodgy” items.
