Tash Peterson has made a name for herself making controversial statements in the name of veganism, and her latest stunt has angered many.

Ms Peterson talked with Karalee Katsambanis on 6PR Weekends to defend her statements labelling animal cruelty as a holocaust.

“If you take a look at the definition of a holocaust, it is slaughter or destruction on a mass scale; it’s not exclusive to one holocaust,” Ms Peterson said.
