After holidaying in Sydney this long weekend, Millsy at Midday host Steve Mills relayed an emotional conversation he had with a stranger at the Royal Easter Show there.

The stranger told Millsy her boyfriend of three years passed away after he contracted a stomach bug and COVID-19 in December last year.

“Grasp today, because you don’t know what tomorrow holds,” she told Mills, who said her words gave him a new perspective on life.

The surprising chat led Millsy to make an interesting purchase he usually wouldn’t consider.
