Charlie’s Foundation for Research chief executive Vicki Rasmussen and Perth-based renal physician Dr Aron Chakera told 6PR Breakfast hosts Millsy and Karl about the foundation’s work in the pipeline and how it is funded.

“Mostly our donors are past patients or the immediate families of past patients, and it’s out of gratitude; they’ve had an experience with the hospital, they’ve had an experience with a healthcare worker and they just want to say thank you”, Rasmussen said.
