Fred has been working with 6PR for nine years across various programs, but is thrilled to now be a permanent presenter on Weekend Overnights.

He has a love for 60s, 70s, and 80s music, with Abba being his favourite pop band.

Fred started his career as a manager at Centrelink and Medicare for 27 years, and has a passion for helping people.

He also presents and produces a local TV variety and chat show called The Couch.
