Politician Pays for New Shark Sign at Attack Hot Spot
Agriculture MLC Colin de Grussa has put his money where his mouth is by paying for an electronic shark warning sign out of his own pocket, even towing it to Esperance to set up at Kelp Beds Beach.
This is the first of its kind in shark attack mitigation strategy in WA and it’s in response to Shark Expert, Film-maker and manager of new electronic sign David Riggs warning that more needs to be done to warn beach goers to the notorious hot spot.
