Vegetarian Stir-Fry

Vegetarian Stir-Fry

2 carrots

1 large potatoes

1 red or green capsicum

1 onion

1 clove garlic

1/2 shredded cabbage

4 mushrooms

1 bottle of your favourite sauce for stir-fry

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tables oil to cook stir-fry

 

Method

Heat oil in wok add finley chopped potatoes, then onion and garlic then add

All the rest of the vegies that have been shredded or cut very thinly.

Quickly cook until vegies are half cooked then add your sauces, salt and pepper

Serve immediately.
