Tom Percy

Tom Percy was born in Kalgoorlie WA. He commenced study at the University of Western Australia and graduated in 1977. He was then admitted to legal practice in 1978 and then a partner at Lalor & Co., Kalgoorlie from 1981 to 1984.

Tom Percy joined WA Bar Association in 1984 and practised from Francis Burt Chambers to 2003, when he founded Albert Wolff Chambers with Mark Trowell QC. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1997.

Tom Percy's principal area of practice is Criminal Law (particularly jury trials and appeals). He is a Director and life member of East Perth Football Club, Member WATC, WACA and Fremantle Football Club.

Prominent clients have included Alan Bond, Jimmy Krakouer, Rory Christie, John Button, Darryl Beamish, Noel Crichton Browne, Courtney Love, Rick Charlesworth and numerous prominent jockeys, trainers, footballers and police officers.
