Rissoles and Mash

1pkt rissoles

1kg of potatoes

1 pkt instant gravy

2 tablespoon of oil to cook rissoles in.

2 tbls spoons of butter

1 cup milk

Salt and pepper

 

Method

Boil and mash the potatoes adding salt pepper, butter and milk

Cook rissoles and place on top of mashed potatoes and poor warmed gravy on top.
