Telstra rates rip off

Angry Telstra customer Steve told Howard Sattler he received a letter from Telstra saying the company is changing its billing process so it charges customers in one minute blocks rather than 30 second blocks as it has previously. This means a customer will now pay three dollars for a two minute and one second phone call. Howard also spoke to Ingrid Just from Choice about whether this rip off was justifiable.
