Jayne used Australia Post’s Express Post Platinum service to send an MRI disk to Sydney where she was having life saving surgery. The disk didn’t arrive in time and as a result her husband had to fly over to Sydney to deliver the disk. Howard Sattler spoke with Jayne who wants Australia Post to refund the cost of her husband’s flight.
