Quick, tasty and delicious fruit cake.
Ingredients:
2 cups of mixed fruit
2 cups of rolled oats soaked in 2 to 2/5 cups of milk (for approximately half an hour)
1 cup of SR flour
1/2 cup of sugar (sprinkle on top)
Method:
Mix well together. Line a baking tray with baking paper and bake in moderate oven (160-170 degrees) for an hour and 15 minutes.
Let cool before slicing.
