ADDENDUM TO 882 6PR’s Standard Terms and Conditions
“You’ll Talk, We’ll Listen”
PROMOTION from Monday 19 December 2011
The following addendum document stipulates the 882 6PR competition rules for all participants and applies specifically to 6PR’s You’ll Talk, We’ll Listen” Promotion.
HOW TO ENTER
To be eligible to enter the Promotion, entrants must:
(a) Complete the Survey / Feedback form as it appears via a link on the 6PR Website.
(b) Entry is only open to residents of Western Australia.
(c) 882 6PR’s Standard terms and Conditions Apply
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. The all entrants that have filled out the programming Survey prior to January 26, 2012 will be included in the random draw for one of Five Fifty Dollar Gift Cards.
2. The entry is open from 19 December until 26 January 2012.
3. Fairfax Media will arrange for the prize to be posted.
4. The prize is not transferable.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
6. 6PR may continue to have the survey available online after 26 January, but entry for these five Prizes would be closed.
General Competition Entry Rules For 882 6PR
These standard contest rules apply to all the Promoter's contests. They may be amended or varied from time to time by the station. Special rules may apply to particular contests, in which case an addendum to these rules will be made for that Contest. Please inquire at the station or check our website for any special rules for contests you wish to enter.
