Easy Peasy Plum Sauce

Easy peasy Plum sauce
500 g amber jewel plums, stones removed and roughly chopped (make sure you eat a couple whilst prepping this dish)
5 tbsp brown sugar or palm sugar
1 cinnamon stick
Juice and zest of 1 orange
Tiny pinch of flakey Murray River pink salt

In a heavy based saucepan combine all ingredients and cook over LOW heat for 15 mins until plums are soft and sauce thickens to a nice consistency
Pass threw a sieve if you feel like it

For adding to a simply roasted duck or Linley valley Pork chops
