Cornflake Meringues

2 egg whites

1 cup sugar

2 tbs butter

1/2 cup of chopped nuts.[ your favourite]

1/2 cup coconut

4 cups cornflakes

 

Method

Beat egg whites until stiff,slowly add the sugar and mix well

Add melted butter, nuts, coconut pinch of salt and cornflakes

Place heaped spoon full's on baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake in slow oven for about 20 to 30 mints on 150 to 160 deg.

Cool and store in a air tight container.
