  • Loyalty is not affected by gravity, it goes up but doesn't come down when it applies to the government and their responsibility to ex servicemen and women.

  • Thanks Howard for giving AM Peter Criss airtime to enlighten the public on the plight of ex service men and women. If the Treasurer believes that our existing system is "generous" then I would gladly do a swap with him. Election time, bring it on.

  • Well done again, Howard, and Peter Criss. It's great that people are taking some notice of these issues. unfortunately I think Michael Currie is probably right. We are unlikely to get anywhere with the Labor Party. We may just have to hope that the Coalition lives up to its promises next year.

  • Thanks again to Howard , 6PR and Peter for once again very effectively airing this National Disgrace . Despite the rhetoric of the Treasurer and his Government, it is painfully obvious that there is no place for military veterans in Labor's Land of a Fair Go. We are simply an embuggerance to this Government in particular, and Iâ??m sure they would be much happier if we were all dead. That way they could just concentrate on building and maintaining memorials rather than worry about the next broadside coming from disenfranchised veterans. If the Government and its bureaucrats spent time and energy trying to comprehend the substance of veteransâ?? concerns rather than generating disgraceful spin, they might finally be forced to face the truth regarding their appalling breach in obligations to those who served.

  • Thank you 6PR and Peter Criss. Peter you speak the truth based on facts our PM, Ministers Swann,Smith,Snowdon and Wong continue to use misleading figures and disregard facts completely. Let us have anyone of the above in a face to face debate with Peter. As this issue is Minister Snowdon's responsibility it should be him, but if approached all that would be heard would be the grinding of gears as he made his escape.

  • Good stuff Peter and well done Howard and 6PR. Ever get the feeling you're flogging a dead horse? No one is listening at Labor, they're towing the party line, scaremongering with their cost estimates and won't reveal the methodology used in calculating the proposed Fair Indexation. These calculations are flawed as depicted by independent assessors yet government beancounters refuse to acknowledge. Makes one sick in the stomach.
