With regard to smoking in the mall....how hard would it be to put raised and covered platforms about 8 ft up in the air that smokers could access via a stairway and be out of the way

Thank you very much Howard for giving me a chance to talk to Mr Barnett. Mr Barnett your arrogance has no boundaries,it is amazing how you only remember certain aspects of topics Get it right Mr Barnett 72 families lost thier homes and everything they have worked hard all their lives for.Mr Barnett 5.5 million dollars did not go to the fire victims, it has gone to rebuild local infrastructure 79.000 dollars to fire victims,we have recieved from th W A government appro 14.000 dollars, why do you take credit for the generosity of the people of W A for your own benefit? Mr Barnett you like many other politicians really need to take a good look at yourselves you are put in government to govern for the benefit of the people, not for your own personal agenda Mr Barnett i asked you to consider the children in our case, your response is an absolute disgrace, these children are doing it tough.M
