A recent health survey has found drug use and binge drinking is higher amongst lesbian and bisexual women. Lesbian woman Yvonne told Howard Sattler the findings were ridiculous.

Blog comments Your Say

  • Lesbian is actually a derogatory term that entered the English language many an age ago. It refers to the island of Lesbos in Greece which had one of the worlds most famous poets that wrote female homosexual erotica.

I think when they say Lesbian Women they mean Homosexual Women.

In anycase, is the sub 1% of the population really worth spending more money on than oh lets say, the fact that there is only one Kids public Hospital in the whole state?

  • Who is actually paying for these Academic Studies?

And who primarily benefits from these surveys?

  • How on earth can one be a "lesbian woman"?
    Isn't the word lesbian definative?
