History books are littered with the names of athletes who have destroyed years of physical preparations with a split second brain fade. So how do successful athletes prepare mentally for the Olympics? Tony McManus spoke to sports psychologist Matt Ahlberg from APS College of Sport and Exercise Psychologists.
