Grey ghosts plead their case

Are parking inspectors maligned or malicious? Listen to Peter Keogh's story and decide for yourself.

Loathe them or hate them, parking inspectors are just doing a job and after years of coping abuse from drivers, and the odd radio announcer, the City of Perth's top inspector Peter Keogh came into studio to let us know what it takes to be a grey host.
