Our frustration with call centre has hit an all time high with reports of rage becoming common.

More and more customers are going from mild mannered Bruce Banner to a raging Hulk because of patronising and dismissive call centre staff. Paul Murray spoke to Professor Paul Patterson from the School of Business at the University of NSW about the rage within.

  • I agree after being put on hold for over 90 minutes then get cut off then ring again and still waiting for get thru to centrelink.. 4 days later i get thru for a 2 minute phone call
