Charities fear dumping increase

Charities in WA are concerned about an increase in junk being dumped on their doorsteps.

Charities in WA are worried the practice of dumping junk at their clothing bins will increase as the carbon tax places extra costs on tip fees. Steve Mills spoke to Donald Munroe from the Salvation Army about the possibility of footing the bill for the waste.
